NVR N44SU LOCKUP caused by System Upgrade

My cctv stops working, when I try to log in to NVR N44SU the screen shows UPGRADE with no progress being made, don't switch power off, but I've not tried to upgrade. Turning off power clears problem until it locks up again with same problem hours later. Any suggestions please? Nick

  Hello there,

  Please follow the instructions below.
  1. Please disconnect the Ethernet cable to the router, and reboot the system.
  2. After rebooting the system and it works well, you need to set a new password and don't use the default one.
