No night time access!
I can't access my system at night from my phone! It says cameras are offline. About 6 am it comes back on! There is a power lite but no other lights are on. I know my WI-FI is not the issue as there is another single WI-FI camera I have that works.
It still records ok. This is not good when I am on Night shift!! I have tried looking through settings but nothing found.
I have the 3K Lite 8 Channel Hybrid 5-in-1 CCTV System.

Are you saying that your system won't work while you are away from the DVRs location? If that is the case you will want to make sure that you are setup for P2P or that you have a VPN setup for access to your DVR from remote..
You said that your cameras are still recording fine? This means there is still power to cameras and the Recorder. This only leaves a connection issue to the app?
How are you trying to connect? PC or Phone app?

Thanks for reply but I have now sussed it. Complicated and confusing. My camera unit is connected to a TP link and the other TP link is connected to my Sky box. Neither is connected to my Router (Its in the garage and too much of a run to get into the house).
Recently I went on holiday and for reasons known to nobody, I unplugged the Sky box. While in Gatwick waiting for flight, I checked cameras, (during the day) and they were offline? I asked neighbour to turn Sky box back on and the cameras came back online??
I had noticed since having Sky Q installed and when turning Sky box on at 05:30am it takes a few minutes to boot up? It has a red light on front instead of orange. It must go into some sort of sleep mode? Now I am assuming that the Sky box is communicating over WIFI with the router and also somehow connecting the cameras to the router? I tested it by unplugging ethernet cable from box to TP link and the cameras went offline!
I have now placed TP link in the garage connected to router and all works well? Sky box not needing a hard wire to TP link!? I always wondered why and how the cameras were connected to the router! Mystery solved!

The analog monitoring package can work without the Internet, but it cannot be accessed remotely. If the device is offline after adding it to the APP, please check whether the network connection is normal. And if you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us support@annke.com.
