I have just moved into a new house with this camera. I have downloaded the app, reset the camer, but when I try to read the QR Code, it comes up with a message that my iPhone cant read it. What am I doing wrong?

  In this case, please check if you are using camb app to connect the camera.

  If you are using camb app but still the qr code can not be recognized, you can try to add the device via search.
