I purchased an Annke DVR. 

Will a Samsung SDC-7340BCN camera work with an Annke DT61BS DVR?

I cannot seem to acquire a video picture once installed/plugged into the DVR.

  According to the compatibility conditions, your camera is theoretically compatible with DT61BS.

  Here are compatibility conditions of dvr and analog camera for your reference.
  1. The signal channel format of the camera and DVR should match.
  2.The resolution of the DVR is higher than or equal to the resolution of an analog camera

  But they are from third party, we cannot 100 % sure due to the compatibility issue.
