annke vision connecting problem
Hello, the Annke NVR recording device I am using is not connecting online. I checked the network switch and there does not appear to be any obvious problem. It connects occasionally, but then the connection drops. Could it be a software issue? I have installed the latest version. I am sharing the serial number in the image. Thank you for your help.

In this case, could you please go to configuration--network--advanced settings--platform access and check if the system status is offline?
