FCD800 Compatibility issues

Does the FCD800 work with all of the POE NVR's?
I Bought the FCD800 to replace one of my exisiting POE cameras linked to my N48PAW but it won't see it.

  We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that only N48PAW v2 and above version are compatible with the fcd800 camera.
   
  In this case, could you please provide us with the firmware version of your nvr currently?
