How to keep cameras from snoozing?
We have the WBS400 cameras and they keep going into sleep mode after a couple of minutes. We are trying to have a live view on our computer monitor at our place of business. Customer\technical support has been no help so far. How can we fix this issue?

We are very sorry, please note that the WBS400 camera is a low power battery camera, in order to avoid the camera power loss too fast, so the camera will enter the sleep mode when there is no motion detected.
This setting is normal; you can continue to view it by clicking on the camera's view.
If you would like the monitor to show live view continuously, you can keep the camera in charging status and set up a continuous recording schedule.
Besides, when the camera's battery drops below 50%, it will switch to sleep mode again.
Therefore, your camera must be connected to a power source at all times and the battery level must be maintained above 50%.
