    Why is the solution have to be done in email? Why can't it be posted here so others were having problems? Can have the answer also.

    The reason is because there is NO solution, the technical support wasn't able to provide an answer.

    after carefully checking with our technical team, I need to clarify again that this system does not support Home Assistant integration, and it also does not support ONVIF or RTSP protocols. Because of this, integration through those methods is not possible with the current system design.
    I fully understand that this limitation may not align with your intended use case, and your expectation is absolutely reasonable. I genuinely wish the answer were different.
    At present, the only supported smart integration option is Amazon Alexa. If this is something you would like to explore, you may refer to the setup guide below:

    To answer your question clearly:

    I’d like to clarify that this system does not support Home Assistant integration, nor does it support ONVIF or RTSP protocols. As a result, it cannot be integrated with Home Assistant through those methods at this time. I truly wish this were possible, but unfortunately, it’s not supported by the current system design.
