N54WHF and I81BM home assistant

Hi, I have the n54whf NVr with 2x cameras (model I81BM) connected, working fine through Annke SIGHT app (both on my PC and mobile phone).

I am in need (I would love to) integrate the system with my Home Assistant OS installation, in order to manage cameras from there and set some alarm automations. Would you help me in finding out the proper integration setup (user, password, syntax) or guide me with a manual configuration? Thank you.
