no video playback in chrome

Hi, 

I have a Wireless NVR N98WHR with version 3.6.14.30f. Network cable plugged into the same network as my windows desktop. 

I log into the web page (using chrome, firefox, edge)  at the ip address of the NVR just fine, it loads the pages ok, but I dont see any video on the Preview age and I can not playback any videos on the Playback page. 

The device itself shows the video and I can watch the recordings on the VGA screen attached to it. 

I can see live video on my phone using the app, but not on the desktop using Annke Vision. 

Any help would be appreciated.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. The N98WHR you inquired about is incompatible with the Annke Vision computer software, and we cannot view camera footage or playback via IP address on the web interface.

  If you need to view NVR previews and playback on a computer, we recommend using the Annke Sight web interface or the Annke Sight computer software.
