Cameras are not visible to the software/APP
I purchased the following two devices from you: FCD800 and C800. However, I am unable to connect either of them to the Annke application.
I am using a PoE power supply, which I am attaching as an image. In theory, it should be compatible. Both cameras show a red light, and when powered on, their lights briefly flash white for a few seconds.
I am only using the original factory cable.
However, the modem does not detect them as connected devices. Both my PC and mobile are on the same network, and the PC is connected via LAN cable. I have also downloaded the SADP software, but it does not detect them either.
I don't use NRV. I would like to use it with an SD card, but it's not in the camera yet.
What could be the problem?

Please confirm camera and computer are connected to the same router via Ethernet cables.
If they did, the issue could be from the POE power supply you use.
We recommend you to power on the camera with DC12V power supply as they are designed for the best experience.The links below are for your reference.
