Camera Compatibility
I have a 16 channel NVR N98WHR that came with I71FR Cameras and I purchased 2 additional cameras that were supposed to work with 16 channel Annke NVR's but I cannot get them to show when adding a camera in my settings. The cameras are I71GK and were same MP as the I71FR cameras. Does anyone know if the I71GK are compatible or not. or what model cameras would be compatible.

The N98WHR and I71GK cameras are compatible and can be used together.
Could you please do the below troubleshooting and tell us the result when you did every step?
Please put the cameras in a completely dark environment and check whether there is an IR light after powering on the camera for about 15 seconds. Please take pictures for us to show if there is an IR light.
1. If the IR red light is still not on, please change the 12V 1A(or high current) adapter for the camera, so that we can check if the issue is caused by the power cord.
Please send us a picture showing the specifications of another adapter used.
2. If the IR red light is on, please download the ipcamsuit software and reset the camera into factory default:

Then connect the camera to the same router as your computer like image below:
On the software please reset the camera:
After resetting the cameras, please follow the instructions below to reconnect them to the NVR:
