DVR keeps telling me I am not logged in. When I try to login I get the message saying wrong password or wrong verification code shown on screen. I have reset the password and I still cannot login. When I try to shut down the app on my PC I get the message user has no authorisation and will not close. I have to use task manager to force it to close.
