Unable to change video stream settings

I have a Annke WAS800 system purchased from Annke Australia. It consists of a N98WHR NVR and 4 of I91FB wireless IP cameras. The NVR is connected to an ethernet switch, and via HDMI to a TV. All 4 cameras are wifi connected to the NVR.

Using the device menu on the TV to access:

   Camera -> Video stream setting

shows the "Bitrate Mode", "Resolution", "Bitrate" and "Framerate" values in dropdown fields for the selected camera. The page shows a "Save Changes" button, implying the displayed values can be changed, however I am unable to change any of the displayed values.

Note that in

    Network -> Camera Wireless Network

the "wireless bandwidth optimization" option is disabled.

Please advise how I can change the camera settings?
