Installing Annke app on pc
What user name do I use on pc? I just use admin on my TV. I have my email address and password for my Annke. admin does not work on pc. Annke is installed and works on my android phone

May I know if you would like to access the system via website or software on the computer?
Besides, could you please tell us the model number of your system and camera? Then we can give you a solution accordingly.
You can find the model number on the backside of the DVR/NVR/camera, or on the side of the camera.
Here are some pictures to show you how to find the model number.
