Camera not recognized on screen

I have a N98PBK that is current running 6 cameras. I'm trying to add a 7th camera (I51EM), the system detected it, assigns and IP address, I can view it on the list of cameras in Settings, and can view the image in Settings. However, when I switch back to Camera view mode, change the Window Division from my current 1x5 to 1x7 I have a box for the new camera, it's labeled the port the camera is plugged into, but never shows the video feed. I can plug the new cameras cable into a port currently being used, it shows video on that port. I've tried rebooting, powering off, nothing helps
