Playback from push notifications not working
Hello, I am receiving push notifications to both my andriod phones but when I try to play them back, they are not playing. The screen buffers up to 100%, but then stops and doesnt play the video.
Sometimes I need to drag the time bar at the bottom, back to the start to play them and that works sometimes but most of the time it doesnt. So I am getting lots of notifications, but I cant view any of them
There is no point having this system, if you cant see what the alarm activation has been caused by!

The video clip in push notification may fail to load when the phone doesn't have a stable internet connection. Please connect your phone to another faster network and watch the video again.
