hi
i recently installed annke ANNKE 8CH H.265+ 5MP Lite Surveillance Camera System with  and the cameras are working great. my monitor died and wanted to use a tablet as my camera display. this seems to  be working however, after running for couple of hours the cameras seems to disconnect and each camera has picture of play button to refresh the screens. anyway to get the cameras to automatically refresh so cameras running 24/7.

  Hello,

  The remote access to camera view via P2P cloud server will suspend automatically after a few minutes, this will help to lessen data load on the server and provide stable stream service, thanks for your understanding.

  For monitoring 24/7, this can be achieved by watching on a TV/monitor or phone App in the local network (added via IP address instead of QR code).
