If you want to access the system to watch live streaming or playback on your computer, pleaser follow the instructions below to create the setting.

Step 1. Make sure the software Guarding Vision has been installed into your computer in advance.

Step 2. Plug the ANNKE system into your router via an Ethernet cable.
Step 3. Make sure your computer has been connected to the same router.
Note: The net status must be online if you want to access the system remotely, please refer to this FAQ to ensure your device is online.
Step 4. Run the software Guarding Vision. Register the administrator account.
Note: This account is only for logging in to Guarding Vision. It’s not the same as your ANNKE system account.

Note: LAN access is highly recommended if your system and computer are in the same network. LAN access makes the transmission more stable and smoother.
Step 1. Run the software, and go to Device Management -> Device Type -> Device.
If the system and computer are in the same LAN network, you can see the device information under the Online Device list. Select your device, click on Add to Client.
Step 2. In the pop-up page, set the details as the picture below shows, then click on Add.
Note:
- The IP address of the system may vary from the network. Ensure the IP address you input is correct.
- The user name must be ‘admin’.
- Password is the one you used to log in to your system.
- Remember to tick Export to Group.
Step 3. The device information will then be shown on the tab page Device for Management. You can see the Net Status is online as the picture shows.
Step 4. Go to the Main View tab page, click on the folder under Camera list to expand the camera channels. Double-click on the channels to see the live streaming.
2.2. Steps for P2P access
Note: Before this access, ensure that you’ve registered an account (P2P account) with the mobile app Annke Vision. Since the P2P account will be required during the setting process. Please see the FAQs to register an account on Annke Vision via your phone number or email address.
Step 1. Run the software. Go to Device Management -> Device Tap -> Add New Device Type; tick Cloud P2P Device and click OK.
Step 2. Click Cloud P2P Device to enter the login screen. Select your country/area, click Login.
Step 3. Then log in with the user name and password of your Annke Vision account.
Note: If your user name is the phone number, please input it in this format '+441234567890' (no space between the country code and the phone number).
Step 4. After logging in successfully, you can see the device that you just added.
Step 5. Go to the Main View tab page, click on the folder under Camera list to expand the camera channels. Double-click on the channels to see the live stream.
