Sometimes the warehouse would split the order into several shipments.
However, our system might only send one tracking number for the first shipment. If you only receive part of your order, please don’t worry and wait for another 2-3 days for the rest shipments.
If you still don’t receive the rest of your order for more than 3 days, please contact our support team as soon as possible, send an email to support@annke.com for more details.
Send an email with a brief title, the order number, and the photo that you received.
Note: The clear photo needs to include the product you have received, the postmark on the outside package, and All the labels on the product

I didn’t receive all the items, I was supposed to receive 6 cameras AC500 and one camera ACZ800 but I only received 3 cameras AC500 and one camera ACZ800, you missed 3 cameras AC500.
