Annke Vision - How to Set up Email Notifications?(H800 series)

Purpose: You could set up an email alert to receive the motion notification.

Steps:

Please use the Gmail address, not Yahoo nor Hotmail.
Check system P2P status and make sure it is online. Log into the Annke NVR system, go to Menu--Configuration-->Network-->ANNKE Vision. Make sure the status is 'Online'.

Note: If the status is 'Offline,' please refer to this instruction to make it online first:

Log in Google account, go to 'Security', then turn on '2-Step Verification'. Click on 'App Password' to create your App Password (16 digits).
Go to the Setting-->Network-->Email and Set up an email alert like the picture below.

Email Address is your Gmail address

Email Password is your App password (16 digits) from Google

SMTP Mode is General

SMTP Server is Gmail

SMTP port is 587 or 465

Tick the SSL/TLS

Tick the Attached Picture

Sender can be any name

Sender's address is your Gmail address

Receiver can be any name

Receiver's address can be your Gmail account or any email you want to receive the email notification

Tick Apply
Go to Menu-->Camera--> Event to enable motion detection and set up the detection area.
Go to 'Linkage Action' to enable 'Send Email'.

8. Click 'Apply' after the configurations.
