I’m am setting up a new wireless system, the app keeps asking me to scan the QR code on the body of the device but the camera doesn’t have a QR code , any advice is appreciated!!

  In this case, could you please tell me the model number of your camera?

  Because the solution to this case could be different depending on the model.
  You can find the model number on the side or the backside of the camera.

  Here is the picture to show you how to find the model number.
