maximum hard rive size

hi there, i have 2 x 18tb hard disks and was wondering if the N951BC system will support the full capacity, i see in the specs 14tb is supported but was hoping the spec on the website may be out of date and a firmware revision will support the bigger drive capacity.

Has anyone used 18tb drives

  We are very sorry that the latest version of N951BC supports 8 SATA Interface, 1 eSATA interface, but Up to 14 TB Capacity for Each HDD.

  We usually recommend that customers install HDDs that do not exceed the limit of NVR, because HDDs that exceed the limit may not work properly.

  But you can try to install two 18 TB HDDs into the NVR. If the status of the HDD is normal, it usually works fine.
