How to factory reset my new DW81KT dvr

I have messed up the setup on my new dvr and would like to start again if at all possible.

If you have reserved the email for a password reset, please follow the link below to operate it:

If you do not have preserved email address, there is another way to reset the password.

Please follow this instruction, use the software SADPTool to export an xml file and send it to us, then we can send you back a key file to reset the password of your system:

Note:
1. Please do not turn off your system or close the SADPTool after you exported the file. Otherwise, you will need to export the file again.
2. We will send you the key file as soon as possible because the key file is only valid for 24 hours.
