Zoom not working

I have a annke 181em night chroma ptz ip cam.in ptz mode It turns as should but i cant zoom or focus, my other ptz is a hikvision and that works perfect. Its all connected on a annke nvr 8 channel

  We are very sorry, I81EM is a pt camera, it only supports pan or tilt function.
  I81EM is not a ptz camera, so it does not support zoom function.
