How to get local video Access from iPad (DT81BH)

I have a DT81BH and I can get local network access on iPad to do everything EXCEPT see the video streams, those suggest I need to download software however the package it provides is for windows. How can I enable *local* video access. The Annke Vision app works fine but I don’t want to waste internet bandwidth

  We apologize that accessing the DVR's webpage from an iPad only allows us to view the DVR settings, not the live view.
  Because viewing the camera's live view in the webside requires to install the plugin, so we can only see camera's live view on the computer in the webside of the camera not the ipad.

  If you need to view the camera's webpage on an iPad, we can only download the Annke Vision app for iPad and view remotely.
