In this case, could you please check if both ends of the HDMI or VGA cable are firmly connected to the NVR or monitor. If not working, please try another HDMI or VGA cable to connect the device.
Besides, could you please try to change the monitor to see if the problem could be solved?
In addition, please ensure that the monitor input mode is set to the corresponding VGA or HDMI mode. For example, if you are using HDMI cable, please set the mode of your monitor to HDMI. Some monitors may have multiple VGA or HDMI interfaces and you can try switching between VGA2/VGA1/HDMI1/HDMI2. If there are additional monitors, try using a different monitor.
