    In this case, may i know if you had enabled human and vehicle in motion detection settings?

    Please access the webside of the camera, then go to configuration--event--basic event--motion detection.

    Besides, could you please tell us the model number of your system? Then we can give you a solution accordingly.
    You can find the model number on the backside of the NVR.
    Here is a picture to show you how to find the model number.
