We have a WS800 NVR. Due to signal issues we had to relocate it away from where the monitor is. We read up that you can connect a 25M USB long cable to the NVR as long as it is active. We have just connected the cable and the mouse does not work, tried a few different mouse and none of them work. What lead is required to get this working over a 25M distance

  We apologize for the inconvenience. The USB port only outputs a few hundred milliamps of current and does not support such a long USB cable extension.

  In this case, we recommend using a Bluetooth mouse with a USB dongle.
