WebView problems with IE and Firefox

I have this version I91BK and if i open the firefox browser i get the message "" and a black view of the camera. No selections can be made.
At the IE i get a view but there seems to be some problems with the frame. I installed the LocalServiceComponents as administrator and i also opend both browsers as administrator.
I send you a screenshot of the IE problem.
