Is CPT500 cameras capable of relative movement within the field of view ?
as specified in the ONVIF spec as RelativePanTiltTranslationSpace having a TranslationSpaceFov entry

We are sorry that the lens of CPT500 camera is fixed, and so is its viewing angle.
The viewing angle cannot be manually adjusted; it only changes with the lens.

This is not what I'm asking about.
I'm asking about ONVIF support relative movement within the field of view (FOV) can be configured to automatically track moving objects and keep them in the center of the frame.

Same as You provided for Annke CZ504 camera with specific firmware (V5.7.1 build 250227) to fix issue with ONVIF "TranslationSpaceFov" -
