ANNKE tivona baby monitor dual camera auto-switch

Hi there, I’ve just received my tivona baby monitor with 2 cameras (SKU: AE-L5064A0-137A-P-OP + C137) and the feature that was mentioned in the description of the item is not working, specifically auto-switching between the rooms. It seems that there is no scan function and vox is working only for the camera which is highlighted, not for the other one. Am I doing anything wrong?

  We're very sorry, the intercom is only one-to-one.

  Adding two cameras will automatically enter split-screen mode.

  Press the OK button to enter channel 1, press OK again to enter channel 2, and press OK again to enter loop mode, which means it will automatically switch rooms every 15 seconds.
