    In this case, please follow this instruction, use the software SADPTool to export an xml file and send it to us, then we can send you back a key file to reset the password of your system:

    Note:
    1. Please do not turn off your system or close the SADPTool after you exported the file. Otherwise, you will need to export the file again.
    2. We will send you the key file as soon as possible because the key file is only valid for 24 hours.
