Help with Password Reset Without Losing Camera Recordings

Model DW81KD We currently no longer have access to the password of our camera system. We tried to reset the password, but no registered email address is shown. Our goal is to reset the password without deleting the existing camera recordings or resetting the entire system. Could you please let us know whether password recovery is possible, or if resetting the device is necessary?

  In this case, we need to use the below method to unlock your system.

  The following methods will only reset the DVR password and will not reset DVR settings or affect recording.

  Please follow this instruction, use the software SADPTool to export an xml file and send it to us, then we can send you back a key file to reset the password of your system:

  Note:
  1. Please do not turn off your system or close the SADPTool after you exported the file. Otherwise, you will need to export the file again.
  2. We will send you the key file as soon as possible because the key file is only valid for 24 hours.
