DVR password reset

I had just finished installing a ANNKE CCTV system yesterday (15th July 26) when the owners put a long password into the system then forgot it. I have been in touch with the support team and now waiting for a answer on how to reset the system. I have brought the DVR back to my home hoping it may be easier to remedy here. Once fixed I can return it .

  Could you please tell us the model number of your system? Then we can give you a solution accordingly.
  You can find the model number on the backside of the DVR/NVR.
  Here is a picture to show you how to find the model number.

  Many thanks for your quick support. The mouse trick worked and I was able to reset the password for the customer. Everyone is happy with the system and especially the help offered from the support team. I would recommend the Annke CCTV system again.
