How to add WB400 (I81BM) to Annke Sight PC App

I have two WB400 solar wifi cameras I'd like to be able to monitor from a PC. I've downloaded the Annke Sight PC app but when I add the ip addresses of the cameras I'm still unable to view them.

    Connection to Android annke sight app works great.

    Error message on PC annke sight app says "Device failed to connect to channel 1".
