How to stop hibernation/sleep mode?

I have the I81BJ model solar powered charging home security system with NVR/DVR and for some reason it still wants to go into hibernation/sleep mode. I have the system set to continuously recording however, after only detecting minimal movement for only a few seconds it reverts back to the sleep mode. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated in keeping my home and my family safe! Thanks!
