ANNKE DW81KN Is Not Turning On

My Annke vision camera system is not turning on for some reason. Its powered on and connected to the wifi along with connection by eternity cable but on my monitor it just says no signal. Not too mention on the mobile app it says the system is online but as I look at each of my cameras the app says all of them are offline
