On the premise that all cameras and the monitor are connected to the DVR, one or several cameras show no images on the monitor. Please refer to the instructions below to check your cameras and the DVR.

1. Check the Cameras, Channels, and Cables
In order to identify what (among the channel, cable and camera) caused the video loss, you need to cross-check the channels and cables by following the instructions below.
- Connect camera C1 to channel A1 with cable B2 to confirm if cable B1 is damaged.
- Connect camera C1 to channel A2 with cable B2 to confirm if camera C1 is damaged.
- Connect camera C2 to channel A1 with cable B2 to confirm if channel port A1 is damaged.
2. Check the Connection Between Cameras and the DVR
You can also go to Main Menu -> Info -> BPS to check if cameras are connected to the DVR.
3. Check if the Camera Is On
Put the camera in a relatively dim place to check if the camera is on. Solid flashing infrared lights mean the camera is on. If the camera is off, unplug the camera and plug it again.
