If you have problems like freezing and video loss with playback, please try the methods below.
1. Change another channel to playback the video, to check if the channel is damaged.
2. Change another video and playback it on the same channel, to check if all videos are damaged.
3. Format hard disk drive to erase all videos in the drive. Then record and playback new videos to check if the hard disk drive is damaged.
4. Factory reset the reset.
5. Send your DVR model number to support@annke.com for remote help.
