If the system is stuck at the ANNKE logo screen or color mode (Photo 1), the system doesn’t turn on successfully. Please try the methods below.
- Change the HDMI cable with a VGA cable.
- Unplug the adapter of DVR and plug it again.
- Change another adapter.
- Unplug all cameras and plug them again.
- Remove the hard disk drive from your DVR.
Note: 1. Please refer to this FAQ to check how to remove a hard disk drive.
2. When the system is working properly, the monitor shows ANNKE logo for 10 seconds after the DVR has been connected to the power adapter. Then you’ll see the stream (if the camera is connected to the DVR) and setting panel on the monitor.
