On the premise that all cameras and the monitor are connected to the DVR, all cameras show black and white images on the monitor. Please refer to the steps below to check your cameras and the DVR.
Step 1. Go to Main Menu -> System -> General -> Live Standard to change the standard to another mode. If the problem cannot be fixed, recover the video standard to the previous mode.
Step 2. Connect all the cameras to the DVR to check if the power adapter is working properly.
Step 3. Check the model to verify your camera is compatible with the DVR. Please see this FAQ to find the model number of your camera or DVR.
Step 4. Change another monitor or TV to check if your monitor is broken.
Step 5. Check if the same problem occurs when watching the live streaming on the computer or phone. Please see the FAQs to view streams via a computer, computer software, and on the phone.
