XMeye - How to access IP camera individually to flip the image, change time and upgrade firmware?

Usually, the IP camera is connected to NVR and we can configure all setting of IP camera in NVR‘s setting. But in fact, we can access IP camera individually.

You can get some extra functions on camera where you can‘t get on NVR system setting such as manually switch on IR of the camera individually, flip image of camera individually, reset the camera to factory default individually, and so on.

Here is the method.

1. Plug the NVR system to the router with a network cable.

2. Find the camera‘s IP in NVR‘s setting.

2. Get a computer which is connected to the same router as NVR is to access the camera with its IP on the browser. The default user name is admin and password is none.

A window will pop up to let you install a plug-in. If you find your computer said it is not safe, please refer to instruction in link to change your IE setting so that it can be installed.

3. You can change the setting of this camera, not all cameras.

upgrade firmware

Change the time of this camera.

reset this camera to factory default.

make this camera‘s infrared light automatically turn on and off.
