Here are two ways of connecting the DVR/NVR system to Annke Vision App, for your reference.
#2. How to Connect the DVR/NVR System to Annke Vision
Before connecting to the system, you should make sure that P2P Status of the system is online on the monitor of the DVR/NVR system.
Note: The DVR/NVR system cannot be connected to your mobile app with the offline P2P status.
1. To check the P2P status, please go to Menu -> Configuration -> Network -> Platform Access.
For upgraded version (only for DW81KD DVR Series) users, please go to Menu -> Network -> Annke Vision.
Note:
- Please refer to the link to check if the status is offline.
- There may exist differences between various models.
2. Search the app Annke Vision in Google Play or Apple Store and install it on your phones or tablets.

3. Run Annke Vision and create an account.
#2. How to Connect the DVR/NVR System to Annke Vision
Here are two ways of connecting the system to the app:
1. Connect the System to the App via QR Code
Step 1. Find the QR Code of DVR/DVR from the label on the underside of your devices. You may also go to Menu -> Configuration -> Network -> Platform Access page to find it.
Step 2. Run Annke Vision and then tap Add Device to add your devices by scanning the QR Code.
Step 3. Create a name for your device.
2. Connect the System to the App via Serial Number
You can also connect the system to the app by manually inputting the serial No.
Step 1. Find the serial No. and verification code from the underside of your devices.
Step 2. Run the app; choose Annke Vision Domain in Adding Type and input the Serial No.
Step 3. Input the verification code.
Note: For the new version, users need to manually set their own verification code, (previous version has a default verification code that can be changed). If this code is not set, the device will be in offline status and thus cannot be controlled remotely.

Step 4. Create a name for your device.
