Introduction:
When the user is adding the DVR/NVR system to the phone APP by scanning the QR code, the APP says “Failed to recognize the QR code”. In this article, we will show you how to solve the problem.
Steps:
1. Please check if you are using the Annke Vision APP on the phone.
The Annke Vision APP can be downloaded on the APP Store of the phone. The models that are listed in this article can only work with the Annke Vision APP.
2. Please check if you have scanned the correct QR code.
Normally, the QR code on the device or the manual is used to download the Annke Vision APP, which is not used to add the DVR/NVR system to the phone APP.
Please access the system menu on the monitor or TV, go to System Configurations→Network→Annke Vision to find the correct QR code.
For the early version of the ANNKE DVR/NVR system, please go to Configurations→Network→Platform Access.
For the H800 (N46PCK/N48PAW) NVR system, please go to System Configurations→Network→Annke Vision.
Note:
This QR code will only appear after we set a Verification Code and click Apply.
3. Please check if the P2P network is “Online”.
If the P2P network is “Offline”, please refer to the link below to make the system online first.
