If you want to use the system‘s serial number to connect the system on phone or on the computer, P2P status must be online like the picture below.
If the status shows offline, please try the method below.
1. Please make sure DVR/NVR is plugged into a router or modem with an ethernet cable.
2. Please login to the system and go to Menu->Configuration->Network->General to check if the network information is correct or not.
3. Please check the verification code is created or not on the Menu-->Configuration-->Network-->Platform Access.
If the verification code is empty, please create a verification code for the security system.
