Steps:
Please right click your mouse to access the menu>configuration>switch to expert mode in the left corner>network>general setup>TCP/IP>please enable DHCP and auto obtain DNS
Then, please check if the IP address of the DVR shows 192.168.1.64、 169.254.X.X , If yes, that means the DVR has not been connected to the router successfully.
Please help check if the DVR is connected to your router by using a network cable correctly? Please kindly note that the network cable needs to be connected from the network port of the DVR to the Lan port of your router.
If not working, please try another network cable for the system to see if it can work.
If it still can not work, please try another network port on the router.
If it still can not work, please reboot the router.
If it still can not work, please try another router.
