Applicable situation: Generally speaking, the cameras in the package were set up wirelessly to connect NVR when they were produced in our factory. However, there will inevitably be some special cases, such as the following:
- If you find you can not see the camera‘s image on a monitor, it may be because the camera lost wifi connection to NVR. You need a config wireless connection again.
- If you replace the current cameras with another camera, you need to set up a wireless connection for the new camera again.
- If you replace a new NVR, you need to set up a wireless connection for every camera again.
Here are the steps for you:
- Please use 5V power adapter to power the NVR and 12V power adapter to power the camera. Besides, please keep the camera close to the NVR. Keep the antennas of both the camera and the NVR upright.
- Please click on the screen, then the settings button will appear at the bottom of the screen, please click on ‘home’ to enter the system settings menu.
- Please click "match code" to access the match code interface. Then, click the match code to pair the camera and NVR.
- If The channel status is matching, it means the camera is pairing to the camera. If it shows matched, it means the camera is connected to the NVR. If you don't have other cameras to connect, you can click stop adding.
- Then, you can go the live view to check the camera.
