Motion detection recording means NVR will record automatically when it is triggered by movement.
The NVR needs a TF card for recording. Without the TF card, the system can show live viewing, but can’t record, playback either.
1. Please click on the screen, then the settings button will appear at the bottom of the screen, please click on ‘home’ to enter the system settings menu.
2. Click "record setup"--"Storage manage" to check the status of the TF card. If the status is normal, please go on to set up the recording schedule.
Click "record schedule" and then it will show 4 schedules. It means that you can set up 4 different record schedules for the system.
3. Choose one schedule, enable recording, and follow the picture below to set up the channel and time.
Note: if you don't want the camera to record, please click the √ of the camera and then the camera won't record.
A tick next to the day of the week means that it will be recorded on that day, and if you don't want to record, you can click this tick to uncheck it.
If you want to keep a motion detection recording schedule all the time, tick every day and also set the time to 0:00 - 23:59
4. Click type, choose "motion" and then the recording schedule becomes motion detection recordings schedule.
Timer means continuous recording.
5. After setting up the recording schedule, please also access the alarm set up to enable motion detection.
Kindly note that the alarm set up only one camera by one camera. When you finish the alarm of Camera1, please click ">" to choose another camera to set up.
6. Choose the channel and then set up the motion detection of the camera.
Note: There are 2 types of Smart detections.
7. Set up the sensitivity and area of motion detection.
After setting up the motion detection function and motion detection record schedule, the system will record when detecting the motion.
