    In this case, could you please tell us the model number of your 16 channel nvr so that we cam better help you?

    You can find the model number on the backside of the NVR.

    Model 41MX  is not C800, it‘s a floodlight Wireless Security Camera. Please check the model again. And if you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us support@annke.com.

    Thank you for your clarification.

    In this case, we need to know the error message reported on the nvr after plugging in this camera so we can know the reason why it can not be connected successfully.

    Please note that only clicking on that red cross will report an error message in the status column.
    Please right-click the mouse on the monitor, then go to the menu--configuration--camera--ip channel and click the red cross and tell us the error message.

    Besides, please go to the menu--configuration--camera--poe binding configuration to check if you if you had enabled the channel.
